I was biting my lip but…
Over the last couple of weeks I have been biting my lip and not saying anything because i didnt want to jinx it, but now that its over so quickly I might as well let it all out.
Over the last few weeks I have been seeing a nice lady I met by chance and I started taking a real shine to. We went on a couple of dates and I thought things were going quite well. We would txt and email and I thought we were hitting it off realy well. Heck we went out for dinner last night and I had a great time and we smiled and laughed for ages.
Unfortunately I’m wrong again, I got a 2 part txt from her today to say she thinks she isnt the right one for me.
Damn.

Why can’t people these days have the balls to do it face to face rather than hide behind technology?
Because its quicker and easier, and because its not very nice to upset somebody who may possibly end up in tears. Theres no particularly nice way to let somebody down, but I agree it it is best done in person.
