reality check
lectures…they started this morning. 8am sharp. needless to say the naive holiday that i was on last week ended this morning. welcome to reality slink. cruel harsh reality.
…(in case you cant tell from my tone im pissed off. not because of lectures…they’re great, confusing, but great…no im pissed off because i just found out how much of a naive idiot i really am…Sophie played me…like full on played me.)…
…apparently when she met me she had just broken up with her last boy friend, so she sorta wasn’t looking for anything serious…had me fooled! especially seeing as she was the one who “couldn’t wait for me to move down and live in her bed with her.” so now she wants to just be friends and see what happens from there. what she hasnt counted on is that my defenses are up and that if she really does want me then she will have to do the chasing, im done with waiting, im done with holding out on maybes…i mean look where that got me with renae, (should probably add here that she played me too, with an old mate of mine…that and shes pregnant to him, and he wants nothing to do with her or his unborn kid…but thats his problem, i mean even i could have told her hes a prick.)no this time will be different…if she wants me she can prove shes worth it…
…and so this morning i was up long before 8am, unlike the majority that crawled out of bed at 0750 i was up with the sun running…12km to be exact…hardening my body so that i can harden my mind…and fueled entirely on excess emotion and feelings of lust and love toward sophie…they’re gone, i ran them out of my system…i am the new me…and im here to do what i do best, study and take out the competition…
…reality, its an absolute bitch, the good news though is that know i can have a go at some of the 300 rather hot, slightly intellectual, girls that live either in my block or across the quad…so look out senoritas!

The whole friends thing is just a cop out, woman dont like to try because its easier to dress themselves up and put out to someone else. They only say the friends thing to save face and not look like the complete bitches they really are.

No, you haven’t hit a wrong note. I understand the need to vent about a particular woman who has messed with you, I just don’t see that it’s fair for you to condemn the majority of women based on the actions of just one. You can call her a bitch all you like, but shes just one person.
I think its fair I say the majority are bitches because the majority that I have met in my life are in fact bitches.
P.s. In my original coment I wasnt talking about just one person. In fact I could have been talking about any of my ex’s they have all said the “lets be friends” and none of them have tried to follow through with it, well nothing past a token gesture at least.

Some of us are just too caring I guess. Even though I seriously dislike her I often wonder how she’s getting on. Last I officially heard she was a blubbering mess (told you she was a nutcase, right?). But I’d just like to know she actually sorted herself out and isn’t at the bottom of a ditch someplace!
Oh dear! Somebody needs to learn how to move forwards, huh. Unfortunately some exes like to cling on to what was and forget to take any notice of the present moment, and they get left behind wallowing in their self induced misery when they actually could have been happy the whole time if only they had made that decision to let go. Clinging on is not good..

Now ya see If I got the “get out of my life and stay out” I would get the picture and actually do it, but what pisses me off is the “lets be friends” that ends with the other not being a friend at all and apart from the very occasional token gesture of friendship mainly ignores you. Lets be friends doesn’t always actually mean lets be friends, it usually just means don’t be pissed off that I don’t want to be with you anymore and omfg please don’t tell anyone our secrets or slam me behind my back etc.
But in saying that some are genuine and really do want to stay in touch, and those are the good ones. The friendship is worth holding on to if it’s a good one.
