How’d your weekend go?

Or where?

Yes it’s been another month without update.  In my defence it was a short month… full of all sorts of things!  Lots of Cadets activities.  A flying camp and Aerodeco (part of Art Deco celebrations) one weekend followed the next weekend by the Central Hawk’es Bay Aeroclub 75th Anniversary on Saturday (which our CDTs helped with) and a visit with 40 SQN RNZAF at their temporary base in Napier on the Sunday.  Pics can be seen here

As for this weekend… pretty busy again!  Family fish n chips in the park with Kirsty’s work on Friday and then filled the rest of the weekend with paying taxes, building galleries on 13SQN, setting up a Facebook page for them, watched Wall•E (first time ever) and MJ’s This Is It (saw it at the movies too), hunted dust bunnies (vacuumed and mopped our floors), rode roughly 14km in preparation for the Triathlon I’m biking 20km for in a coupla weeks, sorted most of our ATC stores out and worked on the CDT database.

Oh… and my first full blood-relative nephew was born last night!

So nothing major.  How bout you lot?  I’ll be surprised to see any of you around still it’s been so long since I posted… but hit me back and tell me what YOU’VE been up to.

Isn't that typical, just when I finally have something to post about, you go and post too :) Congrats on the arrival of your first full blood nephew. I notice that his name is strangely close to yours……….do you think there is something in that? :)

Apparently not – apparently they just liked it… go figure. My cousin has a son named Finn – I reckon they just picked the two coolest names and merged them… ;)
